missing plots.ps file

Hi folks!
i'm new to Madgraph. after launching when i try to take a look at parton level plots my browser says "firefox can't find plots.ps file"
kindly help me with that.

For which file/program?
We do generate a lot of ps file, and a lot of external dependency does also. So like this I lack information to help you,
