waiting for update

Dear madgraph experts,

suddenly madevent hangs with the message:

Start waiting for update. (more info in debug mode)

And after a minute or so, it aborts with the message:

    cmd_line = cmd_interface.MadEventCmdShell(force_run=True)

How can I prevent this from happening?

Looks like you do have a database corruption.
You can try to remove the file HTML/results.pkl
to see if this helps, otherwise you will need to recreate your output directory.
