Well,

The likely answer is that one of the stuff that you claim to be the same ... is not.
But in case, what is the version of MG5aMC that you are using?

Hi,

Looks like the file restrict_LO_c_mass.dat is not default (or at least I do not have it in my version of that model).
So I had to use another restriction file: import model SMEFTatNLO-LO

I have tested the script that you provided above with both 3.4.1 and the LTS version (2.9.12) and both returned:

     Cross-section : 0.2349 +- 0.0006138 pb
     Nb of events : 10000

and

     Cross-section : 0.2349 +- 0.0006138 pb
     Nb of events : 10000

(using the same seed which explains why they agree so perfectly)
So this seems to close to your value, but certainly not a match.
But this maybe due to the model or ...
