generate diagrams with mg5

hello,

I’m using MadGraph to generate diagrams for the process

generate e- u > d ve h QCD=0 [virt=QED] QCD=0

and obtained 151+6 diagrams. I checked the file and saw that 151 diagrams are shown. The diagrams with goldstone and ghost particles are included. So I’m wondering if you know what possibly are the 6 diagrams not shown?

Hi,

I do not remember the detail here.
Those are either 6 symmetric diagram or 6 diagram which are 0 because of some symmetry.
I will assign this to Valentin, but the detailled answer may take some time

Hi,

I discussed with Valentin, and he said that this happens when they are closed loop with massless quark.
Where instead of printing different loop for e- ve and mu- vm. Madloop only print one and then increase the +X number to say that those loop are actually included in the computation (as a multiplicative factor on the identical loop).
