error in generating pp->twj at nlo

Hi experts,
 I am using version 2.9.6 of Madgraph to study the process pp->t w j. I am using the model loop_sm-no_b_mass. Also, I am using MadSTR to take care of resonant contributions. I am getting some errors while running the output command, and the program is terminated. Can you please look into the problem? Below I am attaching the contents of the "MG5_debug" file.
