Unable to install hemp

I was installing hepmc3:MG5_aMC>install hepmc --version=3.2.5
The error is :Connecting to hepmc.web.cern.ch (hepmc.web.cern.ch)|188.184.101.152|:80... connected.
HTTP request sent, awaiting response... 404 Not Found
2022-05-17 14:54:08 ERROR 404: Not Found.

Could not download data at 'http://hepmc.web.cern.ch/hepmc/releases/hepmc3.2.5.tgz' because of:
stat: path should be string, bytes, os.PathLike or integer, not NoneType

Command "install hepmc --version=3.2.5" interrupted with error:
InvalidCmd : Installation of hepmc failed.

Looks like the tarball does not exists (i.e. the path of tarball for version 3.x are not store at the same place as those for version 2).

We actually do not support hepmc3 in our framework for installation/linking/...
