Muon Collider Delphes card

Hello ,

I am generating :
generate mu+ mu- > t t~
output TestMuonCollider_Card
launch
shower=Pythia8
detector=Delphes
set ebeam 5000
MG5_aMC_v3_0_3/Delphes/cards/delphes_card_MuonColliderDet.tcl

And I get no root files, however Atlas and CMS cards are working fine.

I get :

tag_1_pythia8_events.hepmc.gz
unweighted_events.lhe.gz

My other question is there another way to convert the .hepmc and the .lhe to root ntuples

Hi,

Concerning Delphes, I would not be able to comment, i would suggest to contact Delphes author to ask them how this can be done (I guess this is an issue with the file delphes_card_MuonColliderDet.tcl)

You can use ExRootAnalysis to convert the .lhe to root (install ExRootAnalysis within MG5aMC)
That code might also be able to convert hepmc to root, but I'm not sure (pretty sure that google can help you in case)
