remove command not recognized

Asked by dionysis skouras

Hello I am using Madgraph5 v3.30 on Ubuntu and when I try to delete previous runs of my event it says "command "remove" not recognized"
How exactly can I remove previous runs because every event uses up 1GB of storage on my PC
Thank you

Looks like this is still working in the LTS version (and 3.3.1):

PROC_sm_0>remove run_01
DEBUG: fail to update results or html status [madevent_interface.py at line 5149]

The banner is not removed. In order to remove it run:
    remove run_01 all banner
INFO:
PROC_sm_0>

But such command does not exists for NLO run. Is it your use case?
For nlo, one work around is to remove the associated directory in Events and HTML directory.

Cheers,

Olivier
