Continued fast fall-off of elastic photon-induced production

This is following up on question:
https://answers.launchpad.net/mg5amcnlo/+question/698432

where it was proposed that this would be fixed for version 2.9.5.

We have upgraded a while ago and unfortunately still do not find this to be resolved. Sorry for reporting this so late.

We have not yet been able to upgrade and check in version MG5 3.0.
