Decay without corresponding particle in core process found.

Dear Madgrapg Experts,

I am trying the following two process in MadGraph,

(1) p vl > n1 p /z, n1 > l- w+, w+ > l+ vl,
(2) p vl > n1 p /z, n1 > vl z, z > vl vl~,

I am working on a Z Prime mediated core process, and n1 is heavy neutrino mass state

But madgrapgh showing an error like

"Decay without corresponding particle in core process found.
Decay information for particle(s) z is discarded.
Please check your process definition carefully.
This warning usually means that you forgot parentheses in presence of subdecay.
Example of correct syntax: p p > t t~, ( t > w+ b, w+ > l+ vl) "

I can sucessfully produce up to the following level ,
(1.a) p vl > n1 p /z, n1 > l- w+,
(2.a) p vl > n1 p /z, n1 > vl z,

 the decay of w and z boson are prohibiting the MadGraph.

How can I generate (1) and (2) using MadGraph, what is the code for the same.

You need paranthesis for sub-decay
generate p vl > n1 p /z, (n1 > l- w+, w+ > l+ vl)
