You can not have one computation with both LO and NLO computation.

you can type
./bin/MG5_aMC
then type tutorial this will teach you how to run LO
then when your LO tutorial is done, you can type
tutorial aMCatNLO
to learn about NLO syntax.

You will found more advanced tutorial online.
