./bin/mg5_aMC is not working

Hi,

We do not have any special treatment for Ctrl-Z signal. It should behave like it is defines by your OS (typically freeze application).
If the default above was the case, then the process is still listening for additional signal .
Then you can send additional signal to kill or reactivate (or something else) the process
via the kill -X PID command.
(where X is the id of the signal --ctrl-Z is sendign signal 24-- and where PID is the process identification of the mg5amc job)
