RuntimeError : Info file not found for PDF set 'NNPDF23_lo_as_0130_qed'

The issue is that you are lacking that pdf set within lhapdf.
Can you ask lhapdf to install that pdf set?

Or you can set your run_card to use lhapdf from the beginning which should force madgraph to install the pdf if it is missing.

(pdlabel=lhapdf and lhaid=247000)

The other reason when this could also occur is if you do have lhapdf environment variable which force to look at the pdf at position different from the default (where MG5aMC install it automatically)
