one problem on Heft model

Dear MadGraph team
A problem raise when generate g g > h j process by using HEFT_DH_UFO , which is 'Exception : split amp are not supported for spin2 and 3/2'. So why this happen
An additional question is that how to generate a monojet process correctly since madgraph seems not consider the ISR process. I tested it by generate g g > DM DM j process and find no diagram with ISR process appear. Note here the model is some kind of higgs portal dark matter model at NLO level and when generate the g g > DM DM j process , there also includes some diagram with jet emitting from top loops, should these processes be also considered in the monojet process or not and if not how to generate a monojet process properly.

Is the error occur when you do the "output" command?

If so you can change the command to
output NAMEDIR --hel_recycling=False

to forbid the optimization which is not compatible with spin2 and 3/2. (see https://arxiv.org/pdf/2102.00773.pdf for more details)

For your second question, I do not know the model so this is difficult to comment.
 I have tried the following:
import model HEFT_DH_UFO
generate g g > DM DM j

but it crashes with InvalidCmd : No particle dm in model
So I can not even check what type of interactions your loop can have.
For example, If q q~ > dM dm g exists at tree level then you will need to separate your process in gauge invariant pieces in order to handle the ISR.
