higgs to strange quark decay

Asked by Sahasransu

I am trying to simulate the process
e+ e- > h z, h > s s~
e+ e- > h z, h > c c~

These gave me an error that no diagrams were found. I tried out solutions from discussions from another post in this forum
https://answers.launchpad.net/mg5amcnlo/+question/285512

Importing the sm-full model solved the decay to charm quarks for me. However, the decay to strange quarks is still unresolved.

I also tried setting the mass and yukawa coupling of the s quark by creating a new file in the models/sm/restrict_s_mass.dat. That did not work out however. Please suggest on how I can decay higgs to strange quark.

You need to generate a new UFO model.
For that you need to use FeynRules (they are other tools as well obviously).
