PDF reweighting at NLO

Asked by Richard Ruiz

Hi Folks,

I want to give some semblance of caring for the environment and take one, very large set of NLO+PS events (I still have the ``NLO'' LHE file) generated with one PDF, re-weight the events, and get a second set of NLO+PS events that assumes a second PDF.

How can I do this? Presumably I will have to re-shower, but this is fine.

Now, is it also possible to re-weight ``NLO'' LHE events assuming a second parton shower?

best,
richard

Did you generate your sample with "store_reweight_info" set on True?
If yes you can do
./bin/aMCatNLO systematics run_01

Cheers,

Olivier
