Higgs pair production model

Hi there,

I want to produce Higgs pair, like "generate p p > h h" and/or "generate e+ e- > h h". Apparently this can't be done directly through default model: "sm". So any suggestion?

Actually, I found the madgraph wiki website of HiggsPairProduction
https://cp3.irmp.ucl.ac.be/projects/madgraph/wiki/HiggsPairProduction
and download the "SM.tar.gz" code there.

When I check the proc_card_mg5.dat, I find it shows as "import model SM_EFT_FF_bt", however I can't find such "SM_EFT_FF_bt" model, no matter through google or MadGraph wiki/answers websites. Could you refer to some source?

Moreover, I want to calculate and compare among all the fLO/fNLO/LO+PS/NLO+PS, so how could I make it work? I tried "generate e+ e- > h h [QCD]", it doesn't work. And when I tried with "generate p p > h h [QCD]", it seemed works, but not providing "order=LO/NLO" option.

Hi,

We are no able to compute such processes (loop-induced) at NLO accuracy.
The issue is that MG5aMC is not able to compute the two loop-amplituded needed to reach the NLO accuracy. We can do approximate NLO computation trought the loop-improved re-weighting. (See Phys. Lett. B732, 142–149 (2014))
(check the wiki for the re-weighting method to learn how to use it)

Note that
generate p p > h h [QCD]
is only including one-loop computation and is therefore LO accurate.

for e+ e > h h. LO might work as well but you need to use EW loop and therefore do
import model loop_sm_qed_qcd
generate e+ e- > h h [noborn=QED]
