The MG5 doesn't accept my credentials

Asked by Abner Soffer on 2019-06-11

Hello.

For some reason, I am not able to log in to the MG5 site to run jobs or download the code. To be on the safe side, I just created a new account with a different email, and am having the same problem. What to do?

I used http://madgraph.phys.ucl.ac.be/index.html. The user name is <email address hidden>. It used to work a few years ago.

HI,

Can you retry now,

Looks like we saturated the disk of the machine where the server was hosted.
So I succeed to free a bit of space and now everything is back to normal as far as I can see.

Cheers and thanks,

Olivier

It still won't accept my login. Maybe the disk is full again?

Actually you did not had any login on that machine.
but you had one one on http://madgraph.physics.illinois.edu/
so I copy your credentials from one server to the other one.
So now you should have access on that server as well.

Cheers,

Olivier

PS: Note that diagram generation and online running are only possible on http://madgraph.physics.illinois.edu/ for the moment
