Problem installing QCDLoop

Hi,
I am getting an error report as the following while trying to installing QCDLoop. I have no idea what is creating this problem. Can you please help me resolve this? If the QCDLoop is not installed, won't I be able to generate higher order QCD processes? It'll be of great help if you can resolve it out. Thank you in advance.
