Particles %s is sometimes set as in the 3 and sometimes in the 3bar representations

Hi,

FeynRules does not have a clear definition of what is 3 and 3bar representation.
As far as I know, all particle are set as 3 and all anti-particles are set as 3bar.
It is quite common that the model author are not aware of such definition and this leads to inconsistency in the UFO model.

In MG5aMC, we have decided to automatically correct those wrong UFO model as much as possible.
(Maybe not a smart idea since those errors continue to propagate due to that).
Looks like you are in a case, where MG5aMC can not decide if V2p13~ should be in the 3 or 3bar representation.

What you need to do is to look at the interaction with that particle and check that particular point.
If you need more help, you should ask a FR author.

One solution is to flip particle/anti particle in FR
