in the PARAM_CARD ,what "Qs"is stand for which
physical quantity?

The param_card contains model specific information. So the physical quantity Qs is not defined in all model.
I actually do not know any model which has a parameter with that name.
Even If I know one, two model can have the same parameter name related to different physical quantity.

I would suggest that you check the documentation associated to the model. If this information is not included in such documentation (or in the paper associated to the model), I would then contact the model author and ask him to add such information in the documentation of the model.
