LHAPDF_DATA_PATH is set to /cvmfs/sft.cern.ch/lcg/external/lhapdfsets/current/ as recommended by LHAPDF.

Hi,

This seems to be a pure lhapdf issue. We can not really help you with that.
Here is some questions to help
1) Where is your file pdfsets.index?
2) where is your lhapdf configuration file?
3) how the second one is expected to find the first one?
