New particle definitions give errors that I don't understand

Asked by GSA

Greetings,

I am trying to write a new particle into madgraph via Feynrules UFO, and upong importing the model and running the command
generate g g > X X~, I run into this problem:
KeyError : 'PRIVATE`GetIntOrder[P$IndexDelta[Index[Colour, Ext[1]], Index[Colour, Int[1]]]]'

I was wondering if anyone could help explain what this means to me? I do not know what the error is saying, and thus, am unable to take any measures to fix it.

Thank you very much for your time guys, and have a great day!

Sincerely,
GSA

Hi,

This is a typically FeynRules issue, when some variable are wrongly contracted (not fully sure).
My suggestion is to ask help to FeynRules author. Can not really help you on that.

Cheers,

Olivier
