Hi I'm having the exact same problem mentioned in ~/mg5amcnlo/+question/219819

the only difference is I'm using my workstation, multicore not cluster and I've been getting this error for multiple times, for different processes.

Hi,

What is the content of the following directory?
 /home/jack/packages/MG5_aMC_v2_6_2/Generic_zttjj/SubProcesses/P1_qq_zttxqq/G1594.08/

You should have some log file present in that directory. Do you have that file?
If you do what is the content of that file. This might explains why the results.dat is not created.

Ok,

So this indicates an issue in the matching/merging definition the code detects an inconsistency and then stop.
I should at some point try to make a cleaner crash but ok.

For such error, this is typically an internal error rather than a user error. In any case, I would need your proc_card, param_card and run_card in order to be able to reproduce this.

You can either
-send me those files by email (<email address hidden>)
- convert this question to a bug report (bug report are allowed to have attachment but not question)
- put them somewhere online (dropbox/googlebox/github/..) and put the link here
