How to trace back to specific Feynman Diagram from a subprocess?

Hi,

I am working on generating events from a dark higgs model, I am intended to identify the anomalous cross section from the generated process by tracing back to the subprocess feynman diagram. I am looking at

My question is what is graph and how does it help to identify specific feynman diagram in the subprocess?
