Wether the event number limitation exist?

More than 50k should not be a problem for pythia8.

  How about the 1 M limitation ? Is there any problem for the the large ROOT file ( the delphes result).

Hi,

That is more a limitation of our fortran code. At some point we will not be able to generate that many events.
So this has nothing to do with the shower. For large number go events (bigger than 100k), I would actually suggests to either use gridpack and/or multi-run
