MSSM flavour violation

Asked by bernigaud

Hi everyone,

I am a new user of MG and I am looking for a MSSM model that includes non minimal flavour violation (NMFV) for the squarks in the physical mass basis (u1,u2...u6).

I tried the MSSM_SLHA2 model as well as the mssm by default but they seem to not include NMFV. I was surprise because of the squarks names: su1,su2,su3... (I believed that was the convention for NMFV squarks).

Maybe I did something wrong in the process definition (pp>su1 su1~,su1>t n1, su1~>c~ n1) but when I replace t and c by u, this works.

Thanks for help,
Cheers
Jordan

Hi,

The documentation of the model:
http://feynrules.irmp.ucl.ac.be/wiki/MSSM#no1
indicates that all flavor violation vertex should be present.
But I guess that he refers to the FR file and not to the UFO output.
If I'm correct then running the FR file, should be enough to create a UFO model with those interactions.
I refer to Benj (the model author) for more details

Cheers,

Olivier

Hi Olivier, Jordan,

Yes this is correct: you need to restart from FeynRules.
