How to load the Standard Model with an off-diagonal CKM matrix?

dear all:
   there are some process for madgraph which g d >w- c ,but this process is not able to run in madgraph envirment,appear some error massage.why this process not exist in the madgraph ,and can CKM matrix is set in the madgraph?

With that said, the default Standard Model loaded by MadGraph comes with a diagonal CKM matrix, but you can relax this constraint by importing the model as follows:

MG5_aMC> import model sm-ckm

where the CKM parameters can then be specified, in the Wolfenstein parametrisation, in the 'Wolfenstein' SLHA block of the param_card.dat.
