Link LHAPDF to pythia-pgs

Asked by teddym

Hi:
I'm using MG5_aMC_v2_1_0 and linking it to the LHAPDF 6.1.0 package. however when I use CT10nlo PDF, the pythia does not recognize the lhaid 11000. I'm trying to recomplie the pythia-pgs package with the external LHAPDF package, but there would be some error when compiling the pythia-pgs package. So how could I link the LHAPDF to pythia-pgs?

Or how should I modify related files to make pythia-pgs using other PDF files?

Thanks

Teddy

Linking to another lhapdf is actually a mess…
So I would advice to force pythia-pgs to use another pdf set.

Cheers,

Olivier
