Error passing output through Delphes

Hello,
In version 2.1.2, when I try to use the pythia-Delphes chain I get the following error. Haven't had this error when running identical configuration in 2.1.1

"** ERROR: can't open pile-up file MinBias.pileup
** Reading delphes.root
Error in <TChain::LoadTree>: Cannot find tree with name Delphes in file delphes.root"

Any ideas what could be wrong?
