Attribute Error when importing a model, no attribute VVV1

Asked by Flip

Greetings, I have a strange error when importing a model. I have created a model using FeynRules and exported to UFO. I've copied the resulting folder over to my MadGraph models directory and tried to import it. However, I get the following error:

mg5>import model AlexDM_UFO
Command "import model AlexDM_UFO" interrupted with error:
AttributeError : 'module' object has no attribute 'VVV1'
Please report this bug on https://bugs.launchpad.net/madgraph5
More information is found in 'MG5_debug'.
Please attach this file to your report.

Can you point me in the right direction for where I've made a mistake?

Thanks very much,
F

Hi Flip,

This should mean that your file lorentz.py doesn't have the required VVV1 lorentz structure.
Do you have information inside the lorentz.py file?

This looks like that that file was not written correctly and this is a priori not related to your FeynRules implementation.
So I would suggest to contact the FR author about this.

Cheers,

Olivier
