registration of Madgraph Account.

Hi, I am a new user of MadGraph, when i trying to register an account, my application somehow could not go through the fulfillment, specifically my name.

the reason being

"The first name must be between 2 and 100 alphabetic characters."

I have fulfilled the criteria but the system said otherwise.

any advice would be greatful :)
