Conversion of .lhe to Root file via ExRootLHEFConverter

I have produced a .lhe file from Sherpa setting as output EVENT_OUTPUT=LHEF[file_name].
Then I tried to convert it doing ./ExRootLHEFConverter but I get the following error:

terminate called after throwing an instance of 'std::runtime_error'
  what(): Tried to read a LesHouchesEvents file which is not version 1.0.

Does anyone know how to fix this?

HI,

Looks like the format of sherpa is NOT valid with the one expected by the root parser.

Could you send an email to Pavel Demin with the event file. Now since this event is not from our MGframework, I'm not 100% sure
that we are going to support such file. (Depend of why their file is not valid with our parser)
