BRIDGE and MG5 models

Asked by mathieu.buchkremer@uclouvain.be

I am facing an issue regarding the computation of a given model's "Test" decay widths with BRIDGE using MG v1.4.8.3, as runBRI.exe requires the corresponding files "couplings_check.txt" (as well as "helas_couplings.txt") to lie in the /Models/Test folder of MG, while the current versions place them in /models/Test (no capital letter). Is there any way to enforce Bridge to point to the correct directory ?

Thanks !

M.B.

Hello Mathieu,

I think this is a question for the BRIDGE authors. Other ways to get around the problem would be to run BRIDGE in a separate directory where you link to the models directory:
mkdir runBRIDGE; cd runBRIDGE
ln -s ../models Models

All the best,
Johan
