The following bug is for Ubuntu 8.04 - the Hardy Heron.
A little background, Free Geek is a non profit that refurbishes older computers and preloads them with Ubuntu to give to the community in Portland, Or. On each fresh image of Unbuntu 8.04, an error is given when the following command is ran:
wget -q http://packages.medibuntu.org/medibuntu-key.gpg -O- | sudo apt-key add - && sudo apt-get update
The error is:

After apt-get update is ran again, the error seems to be resolved. This happens 100% of the time on fresh installations. All commands can be found at http://wiki.freegeek.org/index.php/Enabling_a_DVD-ROM
Here are the steps to reproduce:
1. Log into Ubuntu
2. Open the terminal
3. sudo wget http://www.medibuntu.org/sources.list.d/hardy.list -O /etc/apt/sources.list.d/medibuntu.list
4. wget -q http://packages.medibuntu.org/medibuntu-key.gpg -O- | sudo apt-key add - && sudo apt-get update
