Ping the domain packages.medibuntu.org

try the command

ping packages.medibuntu.org

when you get a packet back, try your apt command again

looks like it might be a while, seems the service has been sporadic for a few days now.

Hi :)

There is a known problem with the servers being offline. It might be a few days before we can resolve this problem. See the announcements on
https://launchpad.net/medibuntu/
and the bug-report
https://bugs.launchpad.net/medibuntu/+bug/565810

Many apologies and regards from
Tom :)

Hi :)

To you too, of course :)

The Medibuntu Team have worked hard to sort this out for all of us so it's really all thanks to them.

Thanks and regards from
Tom :)
