The packages site of Medibuntu.org looks currently down:
Connexion vers packages.medibuntu.org|88.191.82.11|:80... échec: Connexion terminée par expiration du délai d'attente.

Could you fix this situation ?

This has been the case for a couple of days now; see bug report.
