Is there a way to access Android's "Menu" button?

Not yet. Unfortunately, there are some architectural issues in the Android framework that currently prevent us from accessing the menu button. We are attempting to solve the issue in two ways:
1. By working with the Google Accessibility team in raising the profile of the issue so the Android team can fix it in future releases and,
2. By prototyping a potential work-around that can take care of the issue for current Android versions. Details are available here:
