Will it be possible to include this translation to the current development branch ?
Is there another way to do this translation ?

I will definitely be possible to add this to the development branch. Just send me the PO file when you are done.

I'm not a translator so I'm not sure what's best but there many options. For example, you can use something like GTranslator which I think can help.
