DVB-C channel scan fails (v0.7.11)

When I try to scan for channels using a initial tuning file that has worked previously, all I get is a list of empty channels. None of these empty entries show any tv programmes.

I also cannot import a channels.conf file (apparently as it only works with DVB-T and ATSC).

Version 0.5.30 works just fine.

I've just added a DVB-C channels.conf parser to the development branch, soon to be 0.7.12. Please test it ASAP or it will not make it in the next release.

Ok, it will be in 0.7.12, to be released today. I'm not sure what the original issue was with the scanner, strange.

Also, if you've compiled from source (which you obviously have) then you now have the option of compiling in libvlc, mplayer, xine-lib and libgstreamer engines. That is, if you like to play around with stuff with no actual benefit ;)

When you run `./autogen.sh --enable-libvlc-engine` and then `make`.
