Which packages must be installed if i want to compile Metv 0.7?

Should work on Hardy 64 although I haven't tested.

If you can compile, then I think that the only other thing that you need is install on Hardy/Debian is xine-ui. Also, the dvb-utils/apps package is recommended.

Re sound: Does xine have the same issue?
