failed scanning in Geneva, Switzerland

I have a WinTV Nova T usb 2 card.
It works perfectly under Linux with Kaffeine: it finds all available channels, no problems.

Me-TV doesn't work as it doesn't find any channel. I am in the Geneva, Switzerland area, and I have tried the

scan ch-All_Incomplete

which seems to contain a couple of transponders from the Geneva area.

Unfortunately not even that worked for me.
 Can you help?

Me TV requires an initial tuning/scan file. Sounds like you'll need to generate one or find one for your region.
