If you gave me $100 like you gave Microsoft I could also make it easy for you ;)

But seriously,

* What DVB standard are you using? C/T/S
* What version of Me TV are you using?
* What version of Ubuntu are you using?

Cheers,

Michael

Michael Lamothe suggests this article as an answer to your question:

T/C/S = Terrestrial/Cable/Satellite, so you are using DVB-S.
FAQ #122: “How do I get Me TV to use my DVB-S Card?”.

Learning stuff just takes time. With linux, a great way to learn new things is to get involved in the community. If you're looking for some specific help on Ubuntu then maybe you need to look at this, http://www.ubuntu.com/support/communitysupport, read the section on "Live Support Chat". Those people are much better equipped to help you. When you are a Guru come back and give me some help ;)

I wish you good luck.

Cheers,

Michael
