No you can't....

You have to either press V to change view first, (or right click) then drag the EPG up from the bottom.

Thanks a lot. Problem Solved.

I have the same problem after upgrading to Ubuntu 11.10,, but the above solutions do not work for me. If I press V, a menu does appear/disappear at the bottom, but there is no way to change channels. And I do not understand what there is to "drag up from the bottom." If I right-click at the bottom, what appears is just an Edit popup (Cut/Copy/Paste etc.)

Things worked very well with Ubuntu 11.04.

You have to press V to make status bar appear THEN you drag the EPG up from
the bottom (It is minimize).

Thank you, but... Well, the problem is that the EPG is "minimized" into one pixel line. There is simply no indication of its existence. So, rather than minimized, it is *hidden*. Odd.
