channels.conf format?

I'm using Me TV 1.0.0 on Ubuntu 9.10 and I have created a channels.conf file using w_scan since I'm using ATSC. w_scan has 3 different output formats: vdr, mplayer, and xine. I have tried all three and none are successfully read by Me TV. The vdr format generates the error "Invalid parameter count on line 1". The mplayer and xine formats generate the error "Failed to find a value for 'VSB_8'".
Does Me TV support any of the formats that w_scan generates?

These importing issues have been resolved in later versions of Me TV. I also think that ATSC support has been improved in later versions.
