Me TV

no sound.

Toshiba Satellite L630-11M / Ubuntu 10.10

I do not success to get sound in Me-TV. Video is perfect but desperately mute. I notice that Me-TV does appear in the applications of the sound preferences. I have changed audio driver to ALSA in preferences but still mute. I saw that some modifications of me-tv.config file solved similar problem by the past, but this file does not exist on my system. I guess this not required in the last version.
For information, all other application I use operates correctly (Totem, Rhythmbox, Guayadeque, VLC).

Solved by intalling xine-ui and select ALSA in audio preferences.

Really, that's no good. Using libxine is not perfect but it's fairly faultless once you get it set up.
