TV smooth in MythTV but poor signal/quality with Me-TV?

When I use MythTV and my DVB card works perfectly on all channels but when using Me-TV it performs as if it has low signal (Most channels have at least 80% signal) Any Ideas on how to fix this? Sometimes it's nice to just watch TV in a small window instead of having to run the whole backend front end for MythTV.

Have you tried this? Are they HD channels?
