Wrong audio stream selected by default - UK

Hi,

I've just installed 1.2.6 and it works great (ubuntu 10.04). The only problem is that the default selected audio stream is 1 - in the UK this channel is used for an audio description channel for the blind. The standard broadcast stream is 0.

Is there a way to set the default audio stream in a config file, or in the source code?

I meant stream, are both streams marked as eng? Do you have your preferred language set to eng? This sounds like a bug but the last person that told me about this stopped responding to my requests for help. I cannot test this, I do not get multiple streams.

If you want to fix this then:

1. get the latest source from the lp:me-tv/1.3 branch
2. check that it still happens
3. create a bug report
4. attach the verbose output from the run explaining what you did to reproduce the issue.

Both streams are marked as eng. I will run the checks and post the results once my toddler is asleep.

If you have a preferred language set in the preferences dialog then please clear it. If this fixes the issue then this is a bug.

I think that I've put a fix for this in revision 554 of lp:me-tv/1.3. Please give it a test.

Thanks for your prompt action on this - I'm sorry I can't be as prompt with my part. Toddler FINALLY asleep but I'm too tired to do tweaking and testing tonight.

I did not update but I did clear the preferred language and that has solved the problem. Would you like me to test revision 554 tomorrow?

This should be fixed in 1.3.0.
