How do I refresh Maya to pick changes from a Google Calendar?

I added a couple of events to my Google Calendar through my phone but they do not show up on Maya. Is there a button to force refresh Maya to pick changes? What is the default time interval for sync? Is this visible to the users so they know the lag?
