epipolar rectification

I create an epipolar rectification on 2 images.
I would like to know how to get the matches points in the 2 images now.

This seems like a pretty specific question to an application I don't
know much about. Can you elaborate on the application and the graph
problem?

I have 2 point of view of an image.
I create an epipolar rectification, to get more information about the pictures.
now, I wan't to create a good mophing, but for this i need a lot of matches between
the 2 images. do you know how to solve this?

It seems like this is a research question, rather than something
specific about MatlabBGL. If you can formulate the graph problem
precisely, then perhaps I can try and help. Until then, however, I'm
not going to be able to help.
